Lagoon Views is an off-plan apartment project by DAMAC inside the DAMAC Lagoons community, in south-west Dubai on Hessa Street, opposite DAMAC Hills. Cluster 13 has four towers, A, B, C and D. Some listings spell it «Lagoon Views» without the DAMAC prefix.

These are the prices of units that were available when the list was issued, and they change as units sell. We send you the list as of today before any decision, and ask the developer for a written offer on the unit you pick.
The plan differs between towers on DAMAC’s list. Tower A pays 40% on completion and Tower B pays 50%. Between booking and completion there are small monthly instalments and larger payments at set points during construction.

The studio is about 37 m² (402 sq ft). One-bedrooms are between 71 and 132 m² depending on tower and layout, and two-bedrooms between 107 and 118 m².

In DAMAC Lagoons on Hessa Street, opposite DAMAC Hills. Al Maktoum International Airport is 28 minutes away, Mall of the Emirates 24 minutes and Global Village 14 minutes, according to the map in DAMAC’s brochure.

Yes. DAMAC Lagoons is a freehold area of Dubai and the title is registered in the buyer’s name. We handle the booking from Damascus; the steps and the fee that DAMAC may waive are on the DAMAC Dubai apartments page.
Tower C holds the smallest one-bedroom (71–75 m²) at the lowest one-bedroom price. Tower D holds the dearest two-bedroom on the list (AED 2,292,000). Towers A and B hold most of the one- and two-bedrooms, and the studio is in A. The biggest difference is the payment plan: 40% on completion in A, 50% in B.
