Our story, briefly

Elmas is a Damascus practice built on two crafts that rarely sit together: property brokerage and engineering. We started in Kafr Souseh, and the client base grew on referrals before advertising: a seller who trusted us recommended his neighbour, and a buyer who found her apartment sent us her cousin abroad.

We work the Damascus market and we know it street by street. Malki, Abu Rummaneh, Kafr Souseh, Mezzeh, the Dummar Project, Muhajireen and Marota City: every district has a published guide with its prices and our current offers, and the numbers we publish come out of real listings, not theoretical averages.

What we do

Sales and purchases

Full brokerage, valuation through to title transfer: we price against the actual market, walk the viewings with you, negotiate on your side, and follow the contract and registration to the end.

Rentals and management

Residential and furnished rentals, and property management that protects the asset and its return, seasonal farms and villas in the Damascus countryside included.

Marketing your property

Professional photography, a clearly written listing, exposure to a network of serious buyers, and regular updates until the sale closes.

Finishing and interior design

Our engineering side: interior finishing and design under engineers’ supervision, for shell-stage apartments or the renovation of an existing one.

How we work

• Checks before publishing: registry extract, zoning status, the seller’s standing. A listing that fails the check does not go up.
• Published prices: price, area, floor and finish go in the listing itself, so your first question is never the obvious one.
• Full accompaniment: viewing, negotiation, contract and registration, and we do not disappear once the commission is paid.
• Buyers abroad: notarised power of attorney, video viewings, and transfers through formal channels.
